Mental Health

The Back to Hope Foundation is dedicated to helping inner-city families navigate the challenges of mental health by using storytelling to break stigmas and connect them with vital resources. Through documentary filmmaking and youth programs, we amplify voices, foster resilience, and create pathways to healing for those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. By partnering with community organizations and mental health professionals, we provide education, support, and hope, ensuring that no family faces their struggles alone.

Family First

The Family First Initiative by the Back to Hope Foundation is a compassionate outreach program designed to nourish both body and spirit by feeding families in under-served communities. Understanding that no child can focus on learning with an empty stomach and no parent should have to choose between rent and a warm meal, this initiative provides weekly food boxes filled with nutritious staples, fresh produce, and family-sized portions. More than a meal, each box includes inspirational messages, simple recipes, and community resources—because feeding families is just the beginning. Through this program, Back to Hope puts love on the table, one family at a time.
