Anyla Van Putten is a passionate advocate for community service and youth development. She has dedicated her time and talents to mentoring and empowering young minds, believing that every child and young adult deserves the tools and encouragement to realize their full potential. While attending The Ohio State University, Anyla served as a tutor for fellow students in English, helping them strengthen their writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Beyond the university, she volunteered at her aunt’s school, working closely with young students to improve reading comprehension and confidence—an experience that inspired her lifelong commitment to giving back and uplifting others.

A proud graduate with an Associate of Arts in Communications from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from The Ohio State University, Anyla blends creativity with strategy in all that she does. Her education has given her a strong foundation in communication, branding, and organizational management, which she now uses to amplify the Back to Hope Foundation’s mission and message.

In her role with the Back to Hope Foundation, Anyla’s attention to detail, precision, and efficiency make her an invaluable contributor. She applies her marketing and communications expertise to help share stories of transformation, hope, and empowerment through media and education. Her ability to connect emotionally with people while maintaining professional excellence embodies the spirit and vision of the foundation.
